A rather unusual example of a cheroot cutter, from the elegant Edwardian period. This collectable cutter is fitted with an attaching loop for an Albert or Albertina chain. The silver body is of penny shape, with an aperture to the centre. The steel blade is sharpened to the inside, pivoted to the top and neatly fitted with a thumb grip to the bottom. An excellent example, making for a good addition to any collection. Hallmarks:- Clear and readable Date:- London 1908 Maker:- John Collard Vickery
