Andrew Cox Antiques go to great lengths to ensure that items sold are carefully hand packed to a high standard. Only 'Special delivery' and International 'Signed-for' postage options via Royal Mail are used in order to guarantee delivery/tracking and full insurance.


If the item is too large or heavy then a fully insured courier service is used, this can be discussed at point of purchase as it will incur extra postage costs and contributions.

In the unfortunate situation that an item goes missing in transit, all available assistance will be offered to make a claim against the provider. Loss is not the responsibility of the seller.

Refunds and Returns


Returns can be made within 14 days of the original purchase date. However, these are usually only accepted if an item has undisclosed damage at the point of sale or it has been seriously mis described.

The buyer pays all return costs. 

Any returned items will need to be in the same condition as received and sent back via registered delivery.
