Item Details
A fine set of six Victorian silver teaspoons from the Sheffield Assay Office. These charming examples are in Old English pattern and have an engraved decoration to the front, featuring shells, tendrils and vacant cartouches. Flatware is rather scarce nowadays due to the great losses, caused by the unscrupulous melting of antique silver for scrap. Therefore a complete matching set is a good find.
