Dating to the end of the 19th Century (c.1890), this useful decanter is quatrefoil in shape, making it tactile and easy to handle. The body is decorated with the most charming enamel painted decoration, including garlands of flowers to two sides and a row of alternate coloured dots to the neck. The floral decoration is continued to the front and back, with the front featuring two Swans in embrace, with a heart under. A wonderful example, making for a great gift idea for that special occasion.
