Item Details
A lovely and collectable item of Georgian silver table-ware. This is a delightful small sifting ladle for applying spices directly to food - a common practice in Georgian times.
This charming example is in Old English pattern with a rounded pan shaped bowl. The bowl is attractively pierced and would also work well as a small sugar sifter.
Hallmarks:- Clear and readable. Town mark absent - not uncommon for smaller Georgian items.
